Processing Times

Thank You For Shopping With FOJ All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During high-volume periods such as product launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries.

Estimated delivery times:

  • International Standard: 7–21 business days

Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your country’s customs process.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible before your order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
